I work as National Analyst of Technological Infrastructure in Coomeva Emergency Medica, within my main functions are, to continuously monitor all the IT processes that are presented in the organization, from the process of creating network users, to the administration of the resources currently possessed by the servers that operate in the organization, in company with the technology area of the Coomeva Group.

Control of user creation in MS 365 E1 account, organization of the computational part of the company and finally, standardization of the VPN system used by the organization at the national level.

• Responsible for the administration of the DA of Coomeva EPS • User management in the email console on the Exchange server, Postfix • Ensure the satisfaction of the end users of Coomeva EPS. • Ensure the support technicians on site of Asic Americas in Coomeva EPS at the national level. • Manage Level II cases that enter the IT Infrastructure area

Direction of the Service Desk in Coomeva EPS, with 2 assistants, 5 apprentices and 5 systems analysts, nationwide.

• User management in Cooeps and Ciklos • Ensure the satisfaction of the end users of Coomeva EPS at the app level. • Close the records of incidents resolved in the 2nd Level with CORE applications.
