My role as project leader challenges innovation when proposing different projects to the university's board of directors, organizing workflows, dividing tasks, classifying milestones, adapting to change and increasing added value. Additionally, I work with project management software looking for the optimization, disclosure and specification of the same.

I established planning, execution, supervision and control of each of the projects presented. I implemented tools such as: schedules, roadmaps, budgets, process diagramming and methodologies{* **}SMED, TQM, TPM, SIX SIGMA, 5S, POKA-YOKE

Work is done on adaptation to work, to different projects and requirements according to the proposals to be presented.

I determined the type of service and area that could ensure the result. I contributed to the documentary base required by the different offers I contributed to the search for tenders with high potential for success

Execution of portfolio recovery, report reporting: Segmented potential clients suitable for financial alternatives. Defined a coherent financial structure for each client. Exposed to the client the benefits of the alternative

I used a database to solve the results I generated reports of coincidences between the difficulties to solve obligations.
