I managed the security of 25 co-ownerships, including some of 11 towers with 15 floors and 4 apartments per tower. I have assisted the administration, supporting it before the council and the co-owners through management indicators and process improvements.

Coordinated the security of 38 condominiums, some with up to 8 towers with an average population of more than 2,100 people. In this security role you learn a lot about Horizontal Co-ownership by attending boards of directors and assemblies, I don't know all of them but I have read regulation 675 of 2001, and I will continue reading it and I will read it more because it is my dream to be a great administrator of horizontal co-properties.
