I carried out the commercial management of the portfolio. I managed and analyzed the databases to close deals and carry out policy renewals, with customer follow-up.

I prepared the business plan for the sale of the properties and implemented the budget plan for the purchase of the equipment and/or materials necessary for the civil works.
