Assign the shifts of operation of the plant workers. • Identify bottlenecks in production. • Make production forecasts for the plant taking into account the history of customer orders. • Redesign the production spaces of the plant in accordance with what is established by the Invima hygiene and quality standards • Apply the 5s methodology in the plant in which operations are adapted to improve order

Define the quality assurance procedures and plan the actions so that these are fulfilled. • Agree and instruct all the actors of the project and the services to put into practice all the procedures and quality assurance plans, providing an effective service focused on customer satisfaction. • Authorize actions and documents that, in accordance with established procedures, require their approval.

Evaluate the quality levels obtained, comparing them with the determined standards and define actions to achieve them. Instruct and agree with the respective units - including associated companies and contractors - on said actions, referring to the works, the results
