I stood out in the position of project leader in the IT area for the financial client Bancolombia.

As a Leader, I managed to ensure that the projects were developed and met the objective of each one within the scope, costs and quality established in the foreseen terms with the least amount of inconvenience, anticipating possible problems or deviations and making corrective decisions.
