Lead the Research Project "Mechanized Harvest": Identification of gaps in the knowledge of field operators to provide adequate training, guaranteeing the well-being and good performance of the personnel. Design and implement action plans based on engineering tools (5's, TPM and SMED), which allowed the optimization of field operations, adequate management of the administration of tools and training of operational personnel.
