Tasks performed: Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and schedule the implementation of telephony and data services for corporate clients and SMEs, to review billing and customer consumption, number assignment, and IP addressing of telephony services.

Coordinate, manage, support and monitor the installations of the connectivity links through the different means of transmission such as fiber optics, radio links, high-speed connections and others, management tasks for the installation of telephone and data services, supervision of installation activities.

Carry out tasks of installation, configuration, verification, review, updating and fault diagnosis of computer and telecommunications equipment, run tests of office applications, run verifications of operation of users in the Active Directory, verification of access to the Domain.
