 Responsible for the planning, execution, control and closing phases of the projects that I currently lead using traditional methodologies.  Lead teams using agile methodologies for project execution.  I manage the relationship with the client at the national level and the areas involved in the different phases of the project and the project team.

 Led the culture phase of the Operational Excellence project, which consisted of training and training a team made up of members of different Vice Presidencies in order to obtain process improvements - using methodologies such as human service design, design thinking and lean. Impacted team of 30 people and savings in process improvements for more than 600 million pesos.  I was the PMO of the Social Security Services Transformation Project that sought to build the applications

 I remotely led 14 technology projects in different countries for the business (Adaptive Infrastructure) that enabled applications related to production, inventory and warehouse management (WMS) which allowed the client to easily replicate solutions in different locations globally. Each project team consisted of 9-10 members located in different regions / countries.  Led the project to improve communication channels.
