Design of strategies under Scrum and PMP methodological frameworks that allow promoting high-performance teams both internally and at the client, which promote the adoption of these frameworks in the different cells that participate in the implementation of the software. Promote in the work cells the construction of OKRs that facilitate the objectives of the project through the quantitative and qualitative measurement of the progress of the project.

Promote the application of best practices in projects based on agile methodologies, under the Scrum, Camban and lean frameworks. Meeting the scope, time, cost and quality objectives, guaranteeing efficient communication between the different work cells. Promote the consolidation of work teams and provide advice to members on methodologies under agile and PMP frameworks, clarifying concerns.
