As a Project Manager, my job is to apply the Scrum methodology with the development and design team in order to obtain better results than those expected by the client. In turn, I maintain direct communication with clients to understand their needs and receive their opinions.

Implementing my technical knowledge in marketing, and taking advantage of the network of contacts that I have created throughout my experience, I look for clients on the internet from other countries such as the United States and Spain to provide them with services for their businesses. This allows me to have extra income and thus continue to gain experience in marketing.

My role consisted of advising, accompanying, managing the tasks of my colleagues, as well as providing the team with all the tools and documentation necessary to be able to prepare the products contracted by the client. I presented reports to the clients and solved doubts on their part, being the person who channels all the information between the agency and the client.
