Senior coordination of the organization located in the hotel sector, where I carried out, through strategic management, activities that guaranteed excellence in the quality of customer service, compliance with quality standards, human management, process monitoring, communications management internal processes with both collaborators and suppliers, customer service monitoring processes, environmental management, among others.

The professional experience I gained during my time there allowed me to strengthen and develop knowledge in organizational and human talent management and to lead work teams. The main achievement was to implement and generate greater control in organizational processes.

It was a consulting contract 133 of 2016, where I carried out supervision, control, management and monitoring of various components of about 12 projects simultaneously, both work and consulting, where the financial, organizational and environmental and social components had great relevance to the time to carry out my intervention activities.
