Coordinate communications with a strategic partner in China for search and validation of suppliers, handling of samples, purchase orders and logistics. Advise the client in the development of brands and products, packaging, labels, etc. to ensure quality standards required by the client and government entities for proper importation and distribution.

Agile monitoring of projects through the Scrum methodology and adequate management of: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Sprint closure. Solve customer-related issues such as requirements, use cases, quality standards, reports, follow-ups and notifications in English. Plan and estimate scope and resources such as equipment, time and cost.

Remote work coordinating groups of development engineers in different locations: USA, Venezuela and Colombia. I work using the JIRA platform for software development under SCRUM methodology and strategic projects of the company.
