•Through projects with the IT area based on agile methodologies, I carried out product and service improvements, improving the expectations of current and new customers.

As part of the innovation and product area, I worked on the conception, development and implementation of innovative products framed in the area of convergence for the B2C segment, I was also responsible for executing the work of Product Owner in the regional project that America Mobile has with General Motors for the OnStar product.

• Through Agile SCRUM methodologies, I participated in projects for the development of convergent products (Union fixed and mobile network solutions) with the customer's voice as the center, expanding the company's service portfolio and increasing its penetration and profitability.

Within the marketing area, I was responsible for supporting the strategies that led Claro Colombia's local telephony to go from third place to being the market leader in a period of 3 years.

I collaborated in the implementation of the Fixed Mobile Chosen Project (5 minutes free of charge to mobile lines of course from fixed lines of course). As well as I supported the launch of new populations defining the change of behavior in calls between municipalities in Colombia.
