During my experience as an intern supporting the management of the Alcanos Operational Center of Colombia, I had the opportunity to play a fundamental role in the customer service area. My responsibilities included managing user requests, addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the sales team, providing advice to clients about our services, detailing costs, etc.
