In this journey I was in charge of customer service, making sales, promoting, solving problems via WhatsApp, telephone, as well as managing social networks as well as being in charge of sending corporate emails, among others.

My main achievement is that I had an excellent percentage that all my clients had a solution and a magnificent attention. I never had any complaint or claim before my clients and bosses.
