I'm running the chat Web Application, and I have also created the WebView of the web app, In the title, I can detect the number of unread messages from the code

If the number is greater than 0 then the unread messages number will show in the title, for example (1) Connect. Now I want if the number is greater than 0 then it will show as a notification in my WebView app. How can I configure this, it will show automatically unread message result as a notification in the WebView app if its result will be greater than zero,
