I apply the same code on two different environments - work's project and sandbox environment. All hover effects (like tooltip) and on click events doesn't work on work environment.

I've contacted support and the conclusion was that something in my work env is maybe blocking those events.

My env is .NET5 MVC application (with razor pages). Does anyone have any idea what can block those events?

EDIT: Found the problem. I had styles.css file that had

svg > g > g:last-child { pointer-events: none }

Problem solved.
