You can add checkIsAllUnchecked method
checkIsAllUnchecked() {
this.isAllUnchecked = this.arr.every((row) =>
row.items.every((col) => col === 0)
);
}
and call it in ngOnInit, click and toggleRow methods
and add the check to the Save button
