Necesito mostrar flash en la misma vista (: editar) después de actualizar con éxito un objeto. Si redirijo a otra acción, todo funciona correctamente. Pero cuando necesito quedarme en: editar, no funciona. Alguien me puede explicar cual es mi error... Gracias!

Ese último bit de código que muestras
flash.now[:success] = I18n.t('admin.settings.edit.success') render :edit debería funcionar, no estoy seguro de dónde lo colocó. Con Rails 7, turbo espera que las acciones de actualización/creación se redirijan en caso de éxito y se rendericen con un estado no válido como :unprocessable_entity ; de lo contrario, muestra un error en la consola del navegador.
También debe usar generadores de rieles para obtener un código de inicio rápido y un ejemplo de cómo funciona todo.
