When I set dark mode to my iPhone, the color of the scroll bar, which is set using overflow property, is white. Therefore, if the background color of a website is white, the scroll bar will not be visible.

However, the scroll bar on the right, which is set by default, remains black, so it is visible. Why is this still black?

Here is my hypothesis:
