Soy muy nuevo en Cypress y no estoy seguro de lo que estoy haciendo mal aquí. Aquí está el código html para el sitio web ver más abajo

y aquí está el código que estoy probando en ciprés

 cy.get('iframe[sandbox="allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-popups allow-forms allow-modals"]') .its('0.contentDocument.body').then(cy.wrap).find('#helpForm').should('be.visible')

pero está fallando y dice que no puede encontrar el elemento, pero si lo intento

 cy.get('iframe[sandbox="allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-popups allow-forms allow-modals"]') .its('0.contentDocument.body').should('be.visible')

es un trabajo totalmente bien. incluso lo intenté

 cy.get('iframe[sandbox="allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-popups allow-forms allow-modals"]') .its('0.contentDocument.body').then(cy.wrap).find('div').should('be.visible')

pero todavía no hay suerte. No tengo idea de lo que estoy haciendo mal.
