I am trying to implement express-sse into my project, I have got it working to connect between my node.js server and front end app ( vue.js). however, except initial connection that works I don't understand how to send content with it, it is defined and created in my main server.js file and I want to send content from different routes that I use in the app. can someone give me a clue how to do that? this is the package I found that seems to be the most downloaded one for SSE for express. https://www.npmjs.com/package/express-sse

documentation and usage isn't that well explained and I can't find an example of how to use and send data from different routes. Thank you
