Quiero cambiar el color de fondo en echarts así:

La línea punteada es la serie promedio. Quiero colorear la primera serie cuando el valor supera el promedio, pero no encuentro qué usar en la documentación.

Mis opciones de opciones son así por ahora, pero de un solo color porque no sé cómo hacerlo.
