I want to be able to set the build name in Appium Capabilities by parsing the arguments pased in the CLI.

In the package.json I can see the arguments passed in CLI via process.env however in the wdio.config.js process.env throws undefined.

Tried in different hooks inside the wdio.config without any luck.

Can someone give me some hints please?
