I want to create an ionic-react project.

My package.json file looks like this. I do not want to install ionic globally because it might cause me problems in the future.

I used this command to install $ npm install @ionic/cli native-run cordova-res.

When I run $ ionic start my-app tabs --type=react --capacitor I get the error: " 'ionic' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "
