Hey I have a vue js fullstack app in which the backend would generate an index.html with access and refreshtoken placeholders in it. How can I make this index.html my entry point for frontend vue 3 application so I could take these tokens from the document? The folder structure is something like this:

   ->web
      ->index.html
->frontend
   ->node_modules
   ->public
   ->src
      ->main.js
   package.json
