I am looking for a PDF Viewer for Web React App with programmatic annotations. The annotations I need are boxes around some words in PDF and Text annotations.

• Best option I found so far is https://www.pdftron.com/webviewer/ however it is too expensive
• Best Open source option is https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js however it lacks annotations
• I consider using https://github.com/Hopding/pdf-lib for adding annotations to the pdf, however it lacks a viewer
