I'm gettting this error on a project Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://project3.herokuapp.com/Register' from origin 'http://localhost:3000' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: It does not have HTTP ok status.

I'm not sure what it means. My app stopped working a couple of days ago and started showing this error.
