Estaba tratando de descargar expo cli y recibí un error: -

C:\WINDOWS\system32>npm -v 7.6.0 C:\WINDOWS\system32>node -v v14.16.0Por favor, ayúdame......
¡Y después de hacer npm i -g npm funcionó!
Pero cuando traté de instalar o descargar cualquier paquete, apareció el siguiente error:

Run npm install -g npm & npm cache clean
Si está utilizando npm versión 5 o superior:
Prueba el siguiente comando:
$ sudo npm cache verificar
O
$ sudo npm limpieza de caché --force
Tuve el mismo problema y pude solucionarlo agregando el indicador --legacy-peer-deps al comando de instalación. Por ejemplo:
npm i --legacy-peer-deps package-name
