I would like to know if anyone has ever used some local http inspector to inspect incoming http post requests for a specific url (project url) as the ngrok inspector does very well for those who know.

I found https://webhook.site but I didn't find how to set my project url instead of the webhook generated one.

example:

when I post some request to myproject.com from postman for example with some params, I want to intercept/inspect that query in some tool where I can retrieve/fetch the data request as params etc ...
