Past few days my server stop responding for 30 minutes~ and then gets back. I use Cloudflare, I checked the requests and nothing abnormal during the unresponsive time or before.

I checked my Apache Status and I saw that most of my requests are like below:

While the server wasn't responding I checked Apache with httpd service status and it was running. No clue what is going on here.
