I added istanbul plugin and cypress code coverage to my project, but I want to include only the files that I have specified for coverage, but I encountered some problems, for Coverage I want to include only frontend/react and frontend/spa files, for example;

1- In first image i am selecting only for react folder, and it's kinda working except in Second image some react/ folders is empty doesn't coverage at all, all status is %0, i couldn't understand why ?
2-In Third image i try to select only for spa folder, but it didnt work, and Fourth image as you can see the html report of it, i can able to reach folders but, why it isn't coverage at all ?

And i need to use that 2 folder only for coverage, i try to use this;

But it didn't work, i couldn't understand what i am missing? thanks for any ideas.
