I want to make a db of exercises. I am working for the 'Miss.Rican Fitness Company' [https://behindbodybuilders.com/alyssa-gadson.php] and I need to create a DB with exercises - body parts so I can build a 'Gadgin' that creates workouts. For example:

SINCE BSON/JSON/Hash Tables have instant access and insert/delete I need to use hash tables for the Gadgin for obvious reasons.
