I have a method which converts long value to DateTime in order to save to database.

I want to write a test method(xUnit framework) which makes sure whatever is the time zone of the application, it will not convert to UTC twice, because I will only accept long values already converted to UTC.

Can you advise how I can change the time zone of the application?
