I am working on a workflow in NetSuite that could inactivate old project records that are no longer in use to reduce the manual work needed to fulfill this task. I have set up a saved search that groups the projects the way we need it to identify the projects that are still in use (the key here is the "project key" that identifies which projects are linked together) saved search results for example.

Then I have set up a workflow that looks at the conditions we need to determine if a project is no longer in use Here is how the workflow action looks and that works on each individual project record.

The issue that arises is that I would need to look at all projects with the same project key, see if the condition is fulfilled by all of them and only then inactivate all projects with the same project key. If one project using this project key is closed but one is in progress, the project key family is not to be inactivated.

I assumed that this would somehow work if the saved search groups the results by this Project Key, however it only checks and fulfills the workflow per individual project.

Is there any way to establish such a condition in a NetSuite workflow, to fulfill a condition only if all records with the same value in a field fulfill same conditions, inactivate them all, but if not, take no action? Or is there any way to limit the saved search to return only project record results where all projects that share the same value in a field also share same values in other fields, but return nothing at all where projects that share the same value in a field do not also share another value in another field?
