I have a weird issue. I am on server using javascript files and try to collect info, data by JSON. The basically code, in a function that set a JSON.stringify() doesn't work, I browse it by Internet Explorer v.11

I have this function:

function testJSON(){

alert("here we are");
var obj = {answer:42};
alert("answer " + obj.answer);
alert(JSON.stringify(obj));
alert("end");
}

When I call the function I get popup with messages:

here we are

answer 42

but neither with the JSON or

end

What's wrong with my code?

I notice on the top of the jsp page this:

response.setHeader("Cache-control", "no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate");
