Trying monitorEvents() to figure out what actually happens when you hover over suggestion from the autocomplete and autofill drop menu

but the function stops logging anything as soon as the cursor lands on the drop menu.

Two main Events that should be logged :

• The mouse position change
• the state change of the input bar , from empty to filled and with what value

none of the two gets logged unless i click out of the menu as you can see in the image which isn't what i expect any light on why this happens and how to get around it would be appreciated
