I am trying to make an interactive form that is running on an HTTP server and using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS files. I have connected my app.js file to my script.js using the required method and module.exports. The error that is happening is that upon the use of the node app.js command an error that shows that the document object is not recognized shows up. Now I think that this may be caused by the app.js file reading the script.js file because of the required statement but I only want to export a single function and not read through the entire script.js file.
