Estoy usando jQuery y parece que no puedo encontrar una manera de mover la superposición más arriba.

En Chromw DevTools, pude ver top: 469.5px; y cuando lo cambié a top: 200px; en realidad sube.

 element.style { ... top: 469.5px; ... }

Pero no puedo hacer que el código funcione agregando el elemento top como se muestra a continuación.
