I recently have been playing around with some front-end stuff using javascript, this question might looks a bit trivial to you, but its been quiet some time trying to solve it myself but i couldn't do it and decided to ask this

1. First I succeed in making the text moving simply just put it in requestAnimationFrame render loop
2. Second I also have tested the inertia effect but The problem is I don't know how to apply it as the stopping effect while hovering over the running element (in my case is running text)

any idea how to solve this ? thank you
