Tengo un evento de clic (onFetchClicked) que llama a la acción (dispatch(fetchTodoById(todoId))).

No puedo entender por qué se debe usar el dispatch para incluir la llamada de función. dispatch (fetchTodoById(todoId))

debería llamarse como fetchTodoById(todoId)

Componente funcional:
