Teamtailor + PeakU

PeakU assessments for Teamtailor

This integration lets you assess candidates from inside Teamtailor. Pick from more than 500 assessments and send your candidates a link to be evaluated on PeakU. Once they finish you will see a detailed report, each candidate's score and an overall recommendation, all from Teamtailor.

✓ When a candidate reaches a stage you choose, PeakU starts a skills assessment automatically.
✓ The candidate completes the assessment on PeakU.
✓ PeakU sends the score, a fit grade and a link to the full report back to the candidate card in Teamtailor.

Before you start

  • A PeakU account with at least one job or assessment created. If you do not have one yet, create it here.

Install PeakU from the Marketplace

In Teamtailor, open Marketplace, search for PeakU and click Activate.

Connect your PeakU account

Activation asks for your PeakU API key. In PeakU go to Integrations → API key, create a key and paste it into Teamtailor. Teamtailor validates it with PeakU and activates the integration.

Create a trigger

Add a trigger on the stage where assessments should start (for example, Screening) and pick Send PeakU assessment. While configuring it, choose the PeakU job or assessment candidates will be evaluated against.

What happens automatically

When a candidate moves into that stage:

  • PeakU receives the candidate (name, email, phone) and starts the selected assessment.
  • Teamtailor shows a pending partner result on the candidate.
  • The candidate is invited to complete the PeakU assessment.

Read the results

When the candidate finishes, their card shows:

  • The score (0–100).
  • A fit grade: top fit, might not be fit or unknown.
  • An attachment linking to the full PeakU report.

Troubleshooting

Missing candidate email

The candidate has no email in Teamtailor. Add one and re-run the stage trigger.

Missing assessment in trigger config

No PeakU job or assessment was selected. Edit the trigger and pick one.

Invalid PeakU API key

Copy your API key from PeakU again and re-enter it in the activation form.
