The Warehouse Leader is the person in charge of supervising everything that happens in a warehouse. Its mission is to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of supply, replenishment, storage and distribution of the company's materials and products.

Manage the warehouse team, lead the reception and separation of the teams by projects, inventory control, plan the logistics strategy of the projects, purchase of materials and/or equipment, carry out inventory reports, new purchases and merchandise in the process of being import.

Coordinate and manage all purchase orders for acquisitions in the company. Establish the purchasing policies of the company in coordination with the productive area and the financial area.

The Project Manager is the person in charge of planning, executing and monitoring a project from start to finish in order to achieve business objectives.

Plan projects for lighting, audio, video, and new electrical installations, make project execution schedules, manage the technical and economic resources assigned to the projects department, supervise technical personnel and progress of works, prepare progress reports management.
