On-site and remote support, development and creation of applications required by the clinic, administration of web applications developed in PHP and SQL Server and institution sites implemented in the CMS WordPress, administration and management of Moodle for the respective institutional courses.

In the institution my role as a support assistant was to attend through tickets the requirements requested by the administrative and assistance staff, these requirements were from checking equipment for problems, printers, software installation and network connections, installation instructions were also made of different programs and applications used by the clinic.

I managed to understand that my path was programming and it was my impulse to grow in the world of software development
