Because of my profile, ITBA called me to work on the development of platforms and courses for their students and for Techint, Tenaris, and Lumen Brasil. In the first project, I started doing Research tasks (usability tests, interviews, validations, tests with users and metrics) In the subsequent design and construction of digital solutions, Design Thinking, information architecture and prototyping in Figma.

Be Team Leader of the Lumen Project.

Responsible for the area of administration and finance. Control of bank flows, creation of cost structures, presentation of bids and contracts. Control and approval of payment to suppliers, control of billing issuance and its collection. Personnel leader of the accounting, financial and HR area of the company. Evaluation and training of personnel.

In my management I managed to reduce operating costs, improve response times, improve service quality and generate new business units based on customer needs, all evoked at the service of large companies such as AA2000, CNEA, Pirelli, PSA- Chrysler, Leon Store, etc.
