I managed the entire project for the creation and implementation of the Uber-type application for the administration of the last-mile transportation operation.

As coordinator in the commercial area, I worked as coordinator of commercial projects in the area of prepaid recharges, with the responsibility of managing these under PMI and agile methodologies and as Coordinator and Process Analyst, I led and/or supported different cross-cutting projects organization and specific to the area, managed under the PMI framework.
