Within my functions is the elaboration of test case design, the execution of E2E tests for the different platforms of the project, which includes: database management and web services management, incident reporting and delivery of results. We managed to certify the development of the new billing system of the company Tigo

I was part of the QA team of the Tigo project, for the company Accenture. Among the functions performed is the identification of product failures, prior to the release of the software to production, development of the testing plan, creation and execution of test cases and from these creation of incident records and documentation of the stage of tests, participating in the processes of continuous improvement and the implementation of automation in the execution of the tests.

As an administrative assistant at the University of Antioquia, I had among my functions: customer service, care and management of exhibitions, computer rooms and warehouses, control of the use of services or facilities, help in administrative offices, maintenance of billboards, tasks in audiovisual media, and other activities to support extension or research work.
