Strategy development for the certification of the “Omnia” project with the business areas, along with an action plan, risk identification and work schemes. Various PMI disciplines were worked together with the agile SAFe (+Scrum) framework. Management indicators were designed to measure SLA. The project was focused on the migration of the technological platform to provide the service to the end customer.

It was possible to work with various business areas and users to establish a strategic action plan that would allow a uniform and efficient certification space, based on quality and use of time. A synergy was achieved with the user areas in favor of excellence.

Hiring for temporary project for independent consulting in IT Project Management for Telefónica HISPAM (Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador and Argentina) and Telco VIVA NuevaTel (Bolivia). Project management for Venezuela and Colombia and supervision as PMO to the PMs assigned to Ecuador, Argentina and Mexico. Project: Implementation of a new SMS and USSD messaging platform, with Machine Learning and Management of KPIs with Grafana.

It was possible to support 6 Project Managers, 3 novices and 2 semi-seniors, to acquire new soft skills for dealing with clients and achieve satisfactory negotiation and conflict management. A radical change was achieved in the client's perception in CO and Vzla regarding the project.
