 Responsible for maintaining and improving the planning and execution of operations through the coordination of the integrated management system under NTC-ISO 9001, BASC, OHSAS 18001 and NTC-ISO 14001  Coordinate and support the operational processes of companies in carrying out changes and modifications that contribute to the improvement of its management.  Define and implement KPIs to simply measure the different processes, as well as define mechanisms
